well maybe not so much "funny" - more "ludicrous". I did however think that it takes the biscuit for obscure "defences" and will admit i did smile when i read whot the barrister said.

well bout 20 of us had no probs in Wetherspoons on Kings Rd/st kids allowed, no smoking , food fine, no queues , plenty of seats, friendly staff . In fact just about perfect. and made it to game in plenty of time , no probs gettin in or gettin drinks b4 after and during game , hung around afterwards...

any word yet on Walkabouts "child" policy or do we just have to find out at 12noon. I suppose we can always leave the kids outside on the pavement - they are teenagers after all.

tasted the Bulmers last nite. seemed similar to magners but yes it is from england so presumably from different apples. will b doing a blindfold test on sat as a warm up to R'Hill to see if we can really tell the difference tween the 2.
