Like a lot of others, I was half hoping for a good will payment of £100, given that other banks will give you that just for moving.

I got the £20 but my daughter and father-in-law didn't. Although they were also messed about, they didn't bother going into the bank.

We were inconvenienced. Jnr was off to Fiji for the summer. We all bank with Ulster and it was a nightmare sorting out funds and an alternative source of cash for travelling at very short notice.
