Re: Ulster's finances

I see Munster are due to host a select All blacks XV at thomond park this November. This season they’ve played a friendly vs South Africa ‘A’ and Harlequins, and now they booking fixtures for next season. How come, given Ulsters financial struggles, are Ulster rugby not hosting these exhibition mat...

Re: URC 2022/23 - Other Sides

Munster Rugby are pleased to confirm that the province will take on the All Blacks XV on Saturday November 2nd at Thomond Park (5.30pm). Since the redevelopment of Thomond Park in 2008, Munster Rugby have hosted international opposition in the form of the All Blacks, Australia and the Māori All Blac...

Re: 2024 U20's

They’ve doubled down on that online. Can’t find the tournament rules - could be a head to head element or something? No it is points difference, then tries scored. They were wrong and are just burying their heads in the sand. England +59 v Ireland +41 PD, Ireland 18 tries v England 17. They seemed ...

Re: 2024 U20's

The BBC comms need to go back to school re their maths. At 32-25 they were wrongly giving England the title a week earlier.

Re: 2024 U20's

Very entertaining game, neutral comms on BBC.....

So Ireland will probably hammer the Scots who are rubbish and England will need a BP win in France to win the Championship.

Sorry to be a downer on a Friday, but I’ve heard that the one rumour that I was hoping would prove to be unfounded in fact has legs… namely that in fact it is 12 contracts that are going, with the 12th being Stu [emoji30] Not a done deal yet but Ulster are expecting him to go. Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!

Quinn roux and Jack dunne both out of contract this year. Either would be a useful pick up with the strangler leaving. Who is the strangler? The Dublin Strangler = AOC . Refers to his second (I think) match for Ulster when in a (literally) choke tackle his opponent went unconscious! :thumleft:
