Re: am i right in think?...

Indeed. Possibly getting a little ahead of themselves, but probably should turn out to be true.

Re: am i right in think?...

Ulster Rugby website reporting we have ALREADY qualified for Amlin QFs   This afternoon at the Recreational Ground Ulster claimed an historic 28 - 10 victory over Bath, narrowly missing out on Heineken Cup quarter-final qualification but ensuring further European action this season in...

Re: We had destiny in our own hands today

The guys that are calling me names, wise up.Have we forgot we were playing 14 men? It has nothing to do with whether we were playing 14 men, 15 men or even 16 men. The simple fact is that we DID NOT have our destiny in our own hands. If we had scored 20 tries and won 150-0, we STILL wouldn't have qu...

Re: 70 weeks for Attoub

Thanks for that info... but what does football classify as "the worst excesses"? Would a one-on-one incident like Attoub's gouge on Ferris be extreme enough, or is it something like a huge fight (Newry v Larne  ) or systemic match fixing or bribery of officials? The words "wors...

Re: Bath v Ulsterrrrrrrr

Is BMcL hoping to still be in contention, winning even, with 30 to go and bring on a fresh Humph to open the Bath defence for either the winning score(s) or even the BP tries?

I don't know - just a thought :?

Re: Team v Bath

O'Connor starting may be mind games- they would be preparing more for the running game of humphries rather than the big boot of O'connor. May see a last minute change prior to kick off? Only if Humph hasn't shaved in the last couple of days. Should never have got rid of the beard in the first place...

Re: GOOD LUCK ULSTERRRRRR!

There is no doubt that Ulster will have to raise their game to win on Saturday. If I were BMcL I would emphasise the following points to the team:- (1) Concentration is paramount. Forget about your sore knee and your desire for a drink and concentrate on what is happening or not happening around yo...

Living in Larne, being dead - pretty much the same thing isn't it? Come on now, Moondance - cut the poor inhabitants of Glynn some slack - bad enough living beside Larne without being accused of living IN Larne  Do i detect an anti-Larne agenda on this Forum?? May have to add ABL to al...

Re: 70 weeks for Attoub

Football doesn't have cross competition bans precisely because of the legal difficulty enforcing them across the much greater number of countries that play the sport at professional level. For the worst excesses, football DOES have cross-competition (and cross-border) bans, but they must be endorse...

Re: My Pictures from Ulster v Edinburgh

It still amazes me that people would rather watch the match through a camera lens it amazes me that you continue to stand in close proximity to the 2nd barrier crew. in particular i'd be concerned that you're downwind from them. You need to get your eyes seen to - MUM's nearly always on the upwind ...
