Re: Ian Humphreys

baggy The topic is not Jackson the topic is Humphreys but both games you identify Jackson as the fall guy were away from home in Wales a location where only the most optimistic would consider Ulster favorites to win. Exactly what creativity does Humphreys bring identify one creative moment in the l...

Re: Ian Humphreys

If Ruan is nearly ready that is great news. If he was playing on Saturday, this thread wouldn't exist.

Re: Ian Humphreys

Its like how some tool suggested Dan Touhy was a show pony, As the person who started that thread I see you have an inability to understand English..something you are not alone in. Yes I used an eye catching title to grab peoples attention but at NO TIME did I describe Tuohy as a Show pony . I put ...

Re: Ian Humphreys

Out of all our players, Ian Humphreys is the most creative we have. On a regular basis he creates opportunities and tries for himself and other people. He did it a lot last season. Against Connacht he scored a wonderful solo try from 40m out. If for example Darren Cave had have scored that, we would...

And anyway, it wasn't mocking - he's a thoroughbred SHOW donkey
He sure is captain, he did a nice little trot over Croft yesterday, but then maybe he only did it to show off!

Re: Leicester vs Ulster - The Positive/Negative thingy

If the conductor can't conduct dont blame the orchestra. The fault does not lie in the midfield - that the moves are predictable and that there is no room out on the wing. When was the last time a wing scored a try for Ulster in the corner playing on the wing? I actual thought Spence had a sound ga...

Re: Ian Humphreys

We didn't of course win the match but there are enormous positives to take from the game, which may come from a few wise aul posters in the cool light of day when the reactionary posts are dismantled. I didn't see all of the game due to a dodgy internet feed yet there was a move in the game in which...

Re: Ian Humphreys

Its a pity as PW or Pienaar would have taken the kick to touch as the right footed option. Really missing Pienaar as an alternative at 10. In fairness to Humph though there aren't many kickers who can boot them over from inside their own half.

Re: Player rotation for the next 2 months:

You are simply resting player you rate as important, even though some are only back to playing after RWC  Muller has hardly played. Makes no sense. He's not suggesting resting Muller, ya clampit.  Muel ler doesn't contribute much any way, he's a bit of a fruit corner How da...

Re: What's Comical Eddie up to?????

EOS becoming our backs coach would be on a par with George Osborne becoming our accountant. Neither of which I'd be happy with.

Trimble blatently missed a tackle on Lee Byrne. Don't forget the high balls Danielli caught too ;-)

Cheers for the info guys. Was it the same prop that 1F boshed moments later maybe? Even changed direction to deliberately target him.

Re: Nerves = shot

Anyone on the Terrace able shed some light on what happened with P3 and Rory when they scored their try? Seem to be a big reaction on the Terrace and both those looked mighty drunk at the ref. Rory was at the bottom of a ruck and the Georgian mule Zirakashvili seemed to be on top of him and at his ...
