For want of a better place to put it, it appears Regent House are entering the schools rugby arms race with a coaching appointment of some note. Budgerigar Pountney is to do a stint with Regent and also Ards RFC I hear, from a man who knows a man who definitely knows. Cheap cheap he is not I believ...

Waistcoat Watson is a waste of a good kidney. Agree with the discontent over Nucifora, but is there really any need for this ? Hear hear, Jams, that is totally in poor taste and Tighty needs to go and stand in the corner. Uncalled for indeed. Rocky, For the avoidance of doubt , the real 'Tighty' di...

Inst to have a dream coaching ticket of Andress and Wilson, ..... Not for long - Wilson moving to US of A after Christmas. Really, are you 100% positive ? So he told me last week, (or maybe it was the week before) Baby #2 on the way before Chrissymas, but after the birth, that's the plan....

Re: Angus Lloyd
Whether this guy is the future or not I simply can't get my head round why we bring him to Ulster then make him 4th choice scrum half only to send him to Munster on loan where he benches behind the best scrum half in the 6N's, starts against us and is one game away from picking up a HEC medal.. Som...

Best wishes to Malone for their Play-off match against Dolphin. It will be a ''big ask'' for the 'Binmen' as Dolphin have won their recent matches , but not beyond them !!!

Fitzy gave Dungannon their most successful period in recent history. They've been in free fall since he left, albeit they seem to be gaining a foothold again. Why would he not get a referee at Dungannon  I had heard from a few Dungannon people that he had alienated a lot of people during h...

Re: Ulster sides in UBL
I haven't followed the UBL at all really so forgive me for an innocent question. Is there any reason why we have no teams in the top division and only two in the second? Are Ulster teams simply not very good or is there another, less depressing, reason? Money is a bigger issue than not being very g...
