Re: English Premiership 2022/23
Surprised to read that the PRL don’t see copies of their clubs accounts according to the Times and I suspect the RFU don’t either. I know that all clubs in Ireland have to submit audited acoounts to the IRFU! Or they will get no finances. But of course if this is true it is just another example of p...

It is great to see the old combination of McCluskey and Marshall back together I know that Hume had a great season last year but he tends to be more of an individualistic player where as this is a partnership. Will be an interesting problem for Dan when Hume returns and of course Moore,Posthelwaite ...

I agree about the trumpeter he played at appropriate times. The problem with the band was that they had no real feeling for the mood of the crowd nor the action on the post. You.need to be issuing a rallying call or celebrating a triumph.
The trumpeter seemed to hit the spot.

A bit harsh Stand Up on Billy Burns I will admit as I suspect Billy would too that he is not a crash tackle specialist but he does try and whilst he may not bring them down he normally manages to hang on to his opponent enough to slow them down and let someone else to finish it off. I thought he pla...

Maybe not quite Brill yet Dave but certainly saw enough last night to be optimistic for the season. New signings all showed promise and the younger existing cUlster home grown crop are all progressing well. Stewart Reid and Sheridan in the pack looked to have filled out and to be likely to get some ...

Its not a big surprise but there must be a few others who must be wondering if they will also be “stood down” too.

Big Al 100% on the mid field and the rest of the backline aren’t too shabby either.

At least unlike so many other big games in the past we are going into it with a strong selection with the exceptions of Addison Stockdale and McGrath missing. But they have been missing all season so can be discounted.I have recollections of on one occasion a squad going to France with 4 scrum halves...

A year to 18 months ago it would have been unthinkable to select a starting team without Cooney or Marshall on the team sheet but now we-have Doak and Hume on the scene and it has become difficult to distinguish between the Masters and the Apprentices. This is a great situation to be in. Reid and St...

I agree that5he Glocs match was the worst experience.in those days I was a regular on the terrace and with the crowd packed in tight before redevelopment and normally you only got the top of your head soaked. However the Glocs match was horrendous, I know people talk about being soaked to the skin b...

Would be interesting to know how many construction and property companies etc have donated to the Conservative Party. Having read an article on how a block of 23 apartments burned down in approximately 11 minutes according to the London Fire Brigade Commisioner due it would appear through either the...

Agreed Jean Friday night at Ravenhill wasn’t great but the difference is that Ulster came away with. 5pts. Whilst not disputing Leinster are a good side but Perhaps not as good as in the past nor perhaps as good as the Babbling Brook dwellers believe.

Re: Heineken Cup 2021/22
Agree first leg away will be difficult but by the time it is played hopefully our injury list will have diminished and this will mean a stronger bench and probably some of them will have benefitted from their recent exposure to the ERC. Toulouse have been here before needing to win to progress and f...
