Re: Heineken Cup 2021/22

Are the 2 legged matches purely points differential? For example number of tries scored is irrelevant unless there is a tie and no bonus point consideration?

Re: Heineken Cup 2021/22

That was truly unbelievable, 2 clear clean turnovers penalised and then with on field decision of no try, no clear evidence to change that decision but TMO gave try anyway.

Aware of that but only against the USA, if he doesn't get meaningful caps against Tier 1 nations is what I mean. He could be stuck in the same limbo that Cave, McCloskey got stuck in.

Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!

O'Gara was interviewed on Off the Ball and said he is very excited by Hume and has been tracking him for some time. If he doesn't get a look in with Ireland soon enough he could be off for a pay day in France and I wouldn't blame him. Signed new deal to summer 2024. Yes I'm aware of that but if he ...

Timoney gets MOM. Well deserved I think you mean 'Star of the match'. :banghead: :banghead: Yeah the bell£nds have changed it again. Player of the match must have offended some ars€hole somewhere. This pc Shoite is way beyond a joke. In fairness its more likely due to the fact that Heineken's logo ...

Re: Clermont v Ulster Saturday Dec 11 5:30pm (UK Time)

Anyone know if there were any citings after last weekend's games? I can't find and mention of it anywhere. Nothing listed here anyway https://www.epcrugby.com/2021/12/14/disciplinary-hearings-round-1-5/ I thought they would at least review the tip tackle and possibly Raka's fingers in Kane' s eyes....

Re: Ulster v Glasgow

Just watched it back, ref said tackle was complete and he dived on him. First of all the tackle from stockdale was not complete as he didn't hold him on the ground at all. Next they said he dived on him, again not true he dived in front of him and rolled him over touch . Which means he was off his ...

Re: Ulster v Glasgow

How are you supposed to stop someone scoring in that situation then or are you supposed to just let someone score? Maybe by letter of law correct but I thought he placed his knee in front of the Glasgow player to stop him scoring then rolled him out.

Re: Lions 2021

The tour captain and test captain are not necessarily the same thing, in the last tour Gatland did not start tour captain Warburton in the first test and O'Mahony led them in that match.

Re: Munster 2020/21

Sounds awful, it appears de allende and snyman got the worst of it. Hope they all recover with no lasting impact.

On another note I wonder how many injury jokers Munster will get to cover this?
