Rugby Championship 2015

Post by Loki » Sat Jul 25, 2015 4:49 pm

anyone watching the SA - NZ game? One brilliant break from Piutau, Burger and de Allende playing superbly. 10-3 SA.

Edit: Also - the discipline in defence from SA is excellent.

Piutau looking very good: speed, strength, good hands and seems to be in the right place at the right time; this isn't rugby as we know it mind, twice the speed

he's been good alright. I'd love a fearsome NIQ backrow but you'd have to be mad to think a player of Piutau's ability wouldn't improve us. would love to see this style of rugby at Ravers, sure a man can dream.

10-10, NZ scoring right on half time. Cracking game so far - South Africa playing brilliant but NZ just have so much quality.

Someone get Rory on the phone to Schalk Burger - he's exactly the guy we need.
You haven't seen me at my best yet. Let's be honest, you probably never will.

Very clever score from NZ, 24-20 after a quick line out - Pienaar unable to stop Ruchie going over. 5 mins left.

How to blow it against the All Blacks lesson number 200537.
Dominate every facet of play but switch off at crucial periods ie after you score or before the end of the half and game.
Note to all sides this not a vintage All Blacks side but they will NEVER hand you victory so you will have to earn it.
Teams can dominate them everywhere it seems except the scoreboard.
