We should go for the bonus point from the start. Discuss.
You haven't seen me at my best yet. Let's be honest, you probably never will.
Re: Ulster V Scarlets
We should always be aiming for a bonus point on every game. How to achieve it is down to tactics . Flinging the pill around from the start on a wet night would not be too clever I
We dont need the English to win the European Cup

Looking at the team announcement, diack is at 6 with wilson at 7.
Sorry I meant diack should play 7.

Wot...score the fourth try first? novel idea........ruckover wrote:We should go for the bonus point from the start. Discuss.
Re: Ulster V Scarlets
Surely we will score three tries very early, then let them back into the game, and in the last 5 minutes be scrambling for the try bonus point (either getting it or not), its the Ulster Way

Diack is OK. But I am always disappointed that a bloke with his physical attributes does not make better use of them. He tends to go down easily and looks underpowered. Roger Wilson is getting on a bit now, but I still rate him above Diack as a player with greater skill, rugby intelligence, grunt, and the mindset to give 100%. He's far from finished and has a few good games left in him yet. I have no time for Fat Nick at all and believe his liabilities outweigh his plus points. I'd love to see Henderson fit and restored to the back row where his speed, ball carrying and tackling can be best utilized. Ultimately, I think he'd make a great 8, but in the meantime he's a great 6. At some point I'd like to see an Irish backrow of Henderson/O'Brien/O'Mahony tried out, with the numbers on their backs relatively meaningless. There would be a lot of power/aggession/carrying ability in that unit.MCBwinwinwin wrote:Would we not he better with diack at 6. He covers a lot of ground and is more skilful than the other two.

Forget bonus pointsruckover wrote:We should go for the bonus point from the start. Discuss.
Forget Scarlets
Forget Rugby even
There's a much more serious issue than that
Making a post like that suggests you might be on the slippery slope of turning into that chube Knocknagoney Mike - DISCUSS!
No, don't bother actually - just stay away from him and NEVER EVER post like that again.

The selection of the golden nugget at 1 is purely for his ability over the ball like a 7.
