Re: Marshall and Wilson cited
Actually call it 8 weeks as match was on a Friday plus add a week because no match and then free to play Sunday and no match following week so will be actually be the Leinster match before he playsWee Woman wrote:5 weeks, wow

Is that definite about Roger WW?
From the rolling glens of Antrim through the hills of Donegal we will stand and shout for Ulster as we win both scrum and maul from the lovely lakes of Fermanagh tae the shores of ould Lough Gall we will scream and shout for Ulster as we beat them one and all!

There'll be no one left playing for anyone by the end of this season if this sets a precedent ...

Not only that but it used to include weeks off and run from the day of the match but now it extends to Sunday night and takes weeks not played out of the equation so next match for Luke is the Leinster match at Ravenhill on 24th AprilCornerfleg wrote:Trial by slow motion ...

Presumably Roger was sitting outside the door like a naughty schoolboy waiting to see the headmaster?

That is a fecking disgrace... there was NOTHING in that at all - do we send legal reps to these hearings or just bend over and take whatever these idiots say?

But .....BUT ...... BUT....Rooster wrote:What the feck
Ulster inside centre Luke Marshall has been given a five-week suspension after being found guilty of kicking an opposing player in the head last week.
He appeared before an independent PRO12 Rugby Disciplinary Committee on Thursday, with the ugly incident having taken place against the Scarlets.
"The Disciplinary Committee, chaired by Pamela Woodman, sitting with Bill Dunlop and Roddy Dunlop (all Scotland), having listened to representations by and on behalf of the player, and viewed TV footage of the incident, found that Luke Marshall had committed an act of foul play which would have warranted a red card and considered it to be at the mid-range of World Rugby's sanctions for this type of offence, which carries an entry-point of 8 weeks," read a statement.
"The Committee found that there were no aggravating factors, and after taking into account various mitigating factors including the player's unblemished playing record, the Committee reduced the entry point by three weeks and imposed a five-week suspension.
"The player is suspended from playing until midnight on Sunday 12 April 2015, taking into account one 'down' week and has the right of appeal."
.... Scarletmun said that Luke was innocent, and he can't be wrong?

Might have to postpone Schools' Cup at this rate in our search for a 12.Rooster wrote:What the feck

Mike Allen has now also been cited for a thought crime, which would have hurt the feelings of a Scarlets player if he had been telepathic. Allen faces a lengthy ban if found guilty. The player on the receiving end is thought to be Rhys Priestland, who wasn't playing.

Re: Marshall and Wilson cited
Is this the start of a big crack down or just lets pick on Ulster players ...
If you get 5 weeks for that ... god help the next player that actually does something dangerous ...
If Hartley played in the Pro 12 he'd be eligible for the 2037 RWC ...
Was the Panel Welsh .. maybe they're fed up getting busted week in week out and want some representation in the SD cup ... that's it, the panel lived 23 miles from Llanelli ...

So now we've established that - can we finally accept that Nick did nothing wrong?ScarletsMun wrote:I guess I was.Alister Scott wrote:

Hopefully wrong on the Roger Wilson one too and he will be acquitted without a stain on his character (other than the blood stains of his victims)
