Good job Mikey Allen left
Always ask yourself, "What would Big Rodney do"... And every time the answer is... "Eat It"

Gilroy (apart from his face looking like he'd been in the ring with the Jackal) looked ok at Belfast International post match on Sunday night - carried his own bags etc
If only everyone had Neil McMillan's dedication....

Didn't notice Russ....but didn't seem unduly discomforted. Hope you are not "in the know" on this one!

We've too many centers, need to offload a few.

Had a really bizarre dream last night. The Zebre match was being played at some playing fields in the Brennan of nowhere with a rudimentary wee changing room block. There were only a handful of spectators present and we formed a tunnel as Ulster ran on to the pitch. What followed could only be described as a tirade of foul-mouthed abuse.
Not sure what that means, other than I might take things too seriously and need to wise the bap.

Never wrestle with a pig. You end up covered in muck and the pig loves it.

If he'd bothered to actually read a few posts before him he could see Gilroys quote he made today about the Zebre game.

Louis Ludik
Louis is responding well to treatment for a recent adductor strain. He will not be involved this weekend; however he is expected to be fully fit for Glasgow fixture on 25th March.
Luke Marshall
Luke suffered a left ankle injury in Cardiff. He will have a fitness test later this week to determine if he will play against Zebre.

Paul Marshall
Paul has fully recovered from a viral infection and is back in full training. He is therefore available for selection this weekend.
Ian Humphreys
Ian picked up a hip / back injury in training last week and he was unavailable for the trip to Cardiff. He remains doubtful for Friday's game.

any chance we may get Jared back for this one, given he hasn't played for a few weeks now, to prove his fitness?
I'd take him at 15 or 13 for this one

Off topic i know, but one thing i've noticed with the Ireland injuries is that any time someone is a genuine "doubt" and joe allegedly waits until later in the week to make a call on them, they never make it. saw that consistently during the world cup, with kearney for the wales game and paybe for the england game. Is he just unlucky or is that some kind of supposed bull to keep the oppo guessing. If the latter, it is about as effective as mcglocks' 84 man (plus ethel) squad announcements on the tuesday, back in the day.
Actually, how did we manage to name such bug squads in those days? More players, less injuries or both?
