I had to give up wearing my stilettos of a weekend because it killed my ankles.

It was interesting to hear the Leinster coaches talk about how Robbie Henshaw had actually "de-bulked" during his recent long rehab period and is recording his best ever fitness and speed stats. He certainly looked leaner and sharper and performed the better for it in his first game back in the Champions Cup semi final. He's still a big bloke anyway. I am hoping his mate Ringrose can maintain his current fighting weight too - he's slim but powerful enough and will not gain from becoming a plodder.
In my opinion, this is where Ulster have failed Luke Marshall. When he first burst onto the scene he was a breath of fresh air, now I don't think he is half the player he could have been if he hadn't bulked. It's a pity because he is a very good player but could have been so much better.

Healy got leaner. He didn't lose muscle mass. That was achieved through diet and not lifting less in the gym.

Who does the nutrition planning in Ulster now ?
IRFU have a nutritionist for the Irish team who is very well respected in sports nutrition around the world.

I think there's more chance of getting a run of games out of the thing on the rack than any of the lads behind it.
