Deadly and the man who got the Shingler Brothers mixed up last week as ARs.....
that Shingler yellow last week was bizarre. I know refs sometimes get it wrong but that was really wrong and yet funny....because it was a Welsh gameImageImage

Thought mark best was injured? Defo agree, the young back row lads need a go, and Ross does deserve a go

Yip the last update (25/10/16) said out with thumb injury but no timescale.

If Best still out could be Pienarr, Herron, Lyttle, Windsor, Luke, Bowe, Piutau.

Don't think Olding ready.
I had McPhillips at 15 before we got Lukey back. He might be the only other non-scrum half still walking. Could have 2 9s on the bench with McPhillips or just go with p and McPhillips to cover everywhere.

According to Kiss on radio Ulster, AOC could if play he satisfies the RTPs. Henry nearly ready but quite not there. Big Stu and louis not quite ready. Big Dan played longer than he expected last week but did well and Herbst is doing well following his return. Bodes well for after the AIs.

However if Dow doesn't get a bench spot at least, he never will, and I wish him well in his future career elsewhere.

and rightly so WW.

Furthermore I won't be shocked if beagle starts. I just have a feeling in my water.

I could well be wrong on one or two but as far as I am aware we have the following backs injured/unavailable:

GLU
Paddy
Girrid
Gilroy
Darren
Louis
Big Stu
Wee Stu
Lock,Stock & two (unlikely to play this year I heard)
Mark Best
Barbara ?
Pete Nelson

Unless I'm mistaken the only fit/available backs in the first team squad are:

Ruan (but is he fit?)
beagle
Wee Shanners
Black Angus
Tommy
Herron
Luke
Charless
Johnny M'Phillips
Rob Lyttle

By my reckoning that gives 4 scrum halves, 2 10s who have a couple of caps between them, 3 wingers, a centre & no full back.

Good luck with that.

If we sneak a win I'll be delighted, there'll be a shaft of light at the end of the tunnel.
Next game at home in 3 weeks against zebre. By then cave and big stu back in the centre selection (pj available from next week, and poss SO if it's a minor. Groin injury) Ludik will be close. Hopefully bowe fully fit and up to speed. Kane should be fit, Henry back, poss Henderson. In fact bar Coetzee, a bit of Irish management program, and AI injuries we won't be too far off picking from a full deck. I just hope RP and Herron stay fit.

So none of Rodney 2MP or Kane then? Looks like the Duke and Luke at centre.

Small P and McPhillips on the bench with a 2nd scrummie or go 6-2?

Think Best is also injured. Pieta should play 15 if at all possible. Bowe can play centre with Luke M, assuming he is fit. Little and AN Other on the wings.

It's simple. If there is no player in a certain available in the first team, then pick a player of that position from the academy. I do not want to see 2 scrum halves on the bench
