So how does this Celtic Cup thing work?
Do Ulster get some sort of bonus point allowance because they'll be sending a squad to SA in the middle of it while the other teams will be able to choose their 2nd best available 23 most weeks?
Can I come out from behind the sofa yet?

That's a hefty handicapping system. Not sure it's fair in the other teams though.
