Never wrestle with a pig. You end up covered in muck and the pig loves it.

Hope Cave plays. Does anyone agree with me and think he is a yard or more faster than he has ever been. I know its early day but for me he is like a new player this season and long may it continue.

Hamstrings twanging should cause really serious questioning of the coaching/training methods. It screams of incompetence, but none of our wonderful journalists have the tinkies to suggest anything could be wrong in the new regime.

Just checked the irish rugby page on the bbc website. Seems like there are more ulster people available for interviews than available to play at the minute

Or sign an All Black scrum half as a medical joker who has been with them since August but not played a game as his work visa is still not sorted.....Russ wrote: Munster would be allowed 19 saffas to make up for this
