Their strongest squad? Certainly will be a big challenge over there. A very potent back line. If we can win this one it will be some performance.

Yesssssss!

Like yourself Merv I was nervous we were going to put all of our eggs in one basket with the Edinburgh game. Glad we have thrown everything that's available at this.

For those going to this, you have my sympathy!

Absolute shîthole filled with the biggest bellends you’ll ever meet.

Prepare for a cacophony of “cheat”, “ offside” from the first minute.

Macaroni scotch pies? WTF?

Sorry Fermain, just an opinion.

I have 2 grounds left to complete the full list of Pro 14 grounds - Scotstoun and Parc Y Scarlets. Have little desire to go to either to be honest.

Hope Hendo is just precautionary. Otherwise good attacking line up.

Went once. May 2015. Never again.

Lashed down. Lack of cover at rear of stand meant it was like sitting for 80 minutes in front of a forty foot high hairdryer on the cold setting. Fair amount of gobshite#y from home support.

We lost. The team had to go back the following week for the play off, and lost again. I couldn't face it twice.

In defence of the pies, in parts of Glasgow macaroni counts as one of your five a day...

On the Glasgow forum they say that before Saturday they had not rated this Ulster side. They are thinking differently about us now. Also Dan seems very highly rated by them. They still predict a home win but not a BP win.

I, too, was at Fir Park, Jackie and I concur. My memory is that there were far more Ulster supporters than Glasgow ones.
Don't like Scotstoun either because of the running track. Also, it is in a residential area and transport to the ground is difficult.
As for Parc y Scarlets, it's a concrete bowl in a shopping precinct - pretty soulless with sparse crowds usually.
I see from Neill M that they have a long list of injured players but we can say we are missing Best, Henderson, Timoney, Addison, Gilroy, Ludik, Balacoune - all of whom would be in the first squad or very close to it.

That one was a pretty miserable affair.

I shall be there. Notwithstanding the above, it's still better than being at work.

I've always found the locals to be very friendly.

Until they hear my Lionel accent.....

I feel your pain Jackie. I seem to remember the pitch had more sand than Tyrella and it was somewhat limited in size.
