Bushmills is the worst of the big Irish whiskey brands outside of Tullamore Dew.

Go wash your mouth out. Bushmills is excellent and as it is not part of the Diagio brand it just got even better. :red: :fleg:

Hypocritical of Diageo.

1. They say, they withdrew sponsorship on the basis of PJ signing not being consistent with their values.
Consistent with logic, their values must now extend to supporting rape and rapists.
2. They seem OK with rapists and violent people buying their products.
3. How much violence in general, and in particular against women, has their products, and promotion of been attributable? What has the cost been individually, and to society as a whole?

It should be against the values of LI (and other organisations) to be associated with, and accept sponsorship from Diageo.

Main Diageo products are Guiness, Johnnie Walker (tom kite anyway), Smirnoff, Bailleys, Bells (tom kite), Kilkenny (tom kite), Harp (tom kite), Talisker (I am not a fan anyway) and a bunch of other Scotch whiskys (hate that spelling!) and stuff not well known to me.

Until last November they had a brand of flavoured whiskey called "Piehole".

Happily, Sazerac bought it so we can still drink it.

Anyone ever seen a bottle?!

Diageo have always been anti Ulster.

Remember that back in 2007 they were the ones who sold that naive pub landlord Mr Brennan below average barrels of the black stuff for his pub in Toulouse and we all know what that ultimately led to the following day.

Try spelling it whiskies then >EW

Agree with the sentiment of your post however, even though I did find Kilkenny quite palatable from time to time. Not anymore though. :puker:

Indeed and Guinness' historical b1gotry in terms of who they did not employ in Dublin did not stop the drink becoming widely popular. Same will happen here. If folk go into a bar and are faced with the option of a Guinness or a p1ss flavour big brand lager they may decide to leave or they may decide to say feck it shur a couple of pounds for Diageo this time does not mean I support their values. :D
