I hadn’t forgotten Reidy and I agree he is consistent. I really like him as a player.
However if we’re really talking about competing at the top level, how many top European sides would have him in their starting 23? He is a great player at Pro14 level and can hold his own in European competition, but the post I was responding to was about a pack that put fear into others. Despite his work rate and tackle count, Reidy doesn’t really do that.

As for Henderson, I don’t agree he’s too slow to play in the back row, depending on the balance of the rest of the back row.
