What the devil are you sniffing? Agreed that Gilroy currently is way down there, but Lyttle is arguably our form winger prior to his injury. Stockdale is right down at the bottom with Faddes and Gilroy as well, just isn't at the races and is being picked on what he did last season rather than what he's doing now.Amiga500 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 10, 2019 1:58 pmTo be honest, I think Gilroy is a beaten docket at this point. Pace is gone and you can read the jinks in last weeks Beano.Dharper wrote: ↑Mon Dec 09, 2019 9:37 pm Gilroy looks like he needs some game time - he’s been out for a long while and a Euro game comeback, with a misfiring backline isn’t probably the easiest way back. I’d get RB on at 14 ideally - he has the pace to deal with itoye. LL for me at 15, JS on the left.
Our best wings in pecking order are probably
1. Stockdale
2. Balacoune
3. Ludik
4. Faddes
5. Lyttle
6. Gilroy
On Saturday, Faddes did more in 5 mins than Gilroy did in 75. I hope that mistake is not repeated.

Hm...don’t think you and I are watching the same matches. Balacoune, Stockdale and Addison are the back three of choice with Ludik as The most reliable and versatile back-up. In my opinion

When Lyttle strings more than 3 games in a row together he might be.therealspratt wrote: ↑Tue Dec 10, 2019 5:07 pm What the devil are you sniffing? But unfortunately far too injury prone to be a first choice anything!
Stockdale isn't producing what he did last year - that is clear. But he's still got enough credit in the bank to be top of the pecking order.

That's most of our squad though, and he did have a good run there from the start of the season where he absolutely delivered more consistently higher than any of our back three options, Addison included who has been all over the place for me this season.Amiga500 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 11, 2019 11:34 amWhen Lyttle strings more than 3 games in a row together he might be.therealspratt wrote: ↑Tue Dec 10, 2019 5:07 pm What the devil are you sniffing? Anyone know the attendance at Ravenhill on Saturday?
From the rolling glens of Antrim through the hills of Donegal we will stand and shout for Ulster as we win both scrum and maul from the lovely lakes of Fermanagh tae the shores of ould Lough Gall we will scream and shout for Ulster as we beat them one and all!

Looks a bit of an overestimate to me. I wouldn't have said we were within 100 of capacity. Corners of the family stand were pretty sparse and there seemed to be a few ones and twos vacant around us in the Memorial stand

I wouldn't have thought we were even close to within a 1000 of capacity.
Crowd probably around 16,000 I'd have thought.

Quins team selection “half loaded” for return tomorrow, not as strong as last sat.

Loads of room towards the corner of the East Terrace.solidarity wrote: ↑Wed Dec 11, 2019 10:45 pmLooks a bit of an overestimate to me. I wouldn't have said we were within 100 of capacity. No where near it. I'd say 13k is generous.

Do they have a right to appeal? Is the band permanent?

Do you think if enough of us complained about the offensive output from "the Band" ...Jackie Brown wrote: ↑Wed Dec 18, 2019 10:24 pm Do they have a right to appeal? Is the band permanent?
