I did indicate that non attendance basically was unfair to the players most if not all were very disappointed by the action of both Logan and the IRFU .
Hopefully those sponsors who instigated the victimisation based on the ignorance of vindictive feminists take note .

We're finally playing something close to a watchable standard of rugby again.
Watching interim Doakball followed by Les twitch Kiss tactics was as much a factor to turn people off watching as anything else.
Shame Logan departing did a lot to put everything right in the world again.

Doakball is still there as a tactic to get out of the Ulster Half when outside the 22 but Cooney has reduced the length of his box kick which puts pressure on the opposition . The execution of Doakball has improved . Similiarly when inside the 22 Ulster now try to kick long into touch rather than long and trying to defend the return on either the half way or 10 metre line. This is high risk because the carrier may run the ball back at pace in to a weak line , but the other added factor is that the Ulster defence line ( back row and centres )are a more settled combination than a couple of years ago

Whatever about the past it's time for those who choose to stay away to stop your bitching and get back and support the team.
Remember" Doakball" won the World Cup for South Africa . Thus there was nothing wrong with Doakball other than the fact those trying to play couldn't-- either kicking to long or lacking players able to compete for the ball. But the failure was down to the players not the coach or the tactic .

South Africa did not win the World Cup playing Doakball.
Fair play Rum, January not even out and we've got the comment of the year already.

I wonder if those include finals and semis plus a couple of saturdays they hold double headers at Wembley which could seriously bend the average.
Says on the graph:
"Home attendances don't include any games played at national stadiums (e.g. Twickenham, Aviva or Principality)"

Some crazy numbers here... our fave English team Sarries average 8500 per game!!

That’s capacity for Saracens. I don’t think their increase to 10,500 capacity is ready until later this year. I never realised Bristol pulled such large crowds so consistently.
