What a tremendous set of forwards we had, what an amazing kicker Mason was, what upnunders are supposed to be like ( from Humph), and what tremendous noise.
Hope I havnt spoilt the ending for anyone!

After the excitement of the quarter and semi finals I actually found the final a bit of a damp squib, after the first 10 mins or so I was totally confident of winning.

i was in haze of a Buck Whaley's hangover while chasing the hair of the dog, twas a great day that ended with Allen Clarke, Richie Weir, myself and a few others singing 'i'm Loving Ulster instead' to Angels in Anabels.... what a weekend.

If ever there was a game that was about occasion and atmosphere, and not about the quality of the rugby, it was this. Truly memorable and a day like no other, spent with my flag waving 7-yr old. I'm also convinced that this was the day that the possibilities for professional club rugby became apparent to a lot of people on the global stage, 49,000 (and another 20,000 who wanted tickets) watching a club game!!

The most remarkable thing about that campaign was how the feck did Ulster manage to top that Group after such a mediocre start?

That is about parlour the course for you Cockatrice , compare Ravenhill then to Kingspan now I was at the first home game that season Ravenhill was nearly empty you could walk into the stand at half time.
