Draw results at 3pm. Being done behind closed doors so they can rig it for the Premiership sides where possible 😉

Full group is Exeter, Lyon, Ulster, Bristol, Munster, R92, Clermont, Connacht, Harlequins, Glasgow, Gloucester and Toulouse which is good as there are a lot of good teams in there who will take points off each other and fewer points needed to make Top 4.

I reckon 2 home wins and a win in England will be enough to make top 4. Bonus points are useful naturally.

The easy group for reference: Bordeaux, Leinster, Wasps, Bath, Edinburgh, Toulon, La Rochelle, Sale, Scarlets, Dragons, Montpellier and Saints. Wasps and Bordeaux should pick up 10 points v Dragons etc.

Yep. Get through and avoid Leinster in a quarter final and we have a decent chance of getting to a semi.

Indeed with 2 legged Quarter Finals, that brings a different dimension to the competition.

It seems very likely there'll be a second lock-down imposed in France from tomorrow. If so, it remains to be seen if this competition will even be able to go ahead.

As the holders Exeter couldn't have got a much harder draw either, think Toulouse are comfortably the strongest third seed in the draw.

Should win 3 out of 4 imo. Gloucester aren't great. They did finish 7th in the Premiership over 22 games. Toulouse are a false Tier 4 side due to when the Top 14 stopped for COVID in March.

We’re fortunate that Toulouse have to play Exeter.

I'm hoping by the end of January we could be ok for the Toulouse game. Fingers crossed (after being washed for the umpteenth time today)
