Coetzee and Carter undergoing RTPP following Toulouse game. McGrath injured hip in training last week and not currently available.

Game on BT Sport 2.

Gloucester rested 7 1st team players v Lyon, interesting to see if they do similar on Saturday.

Their coach says he expects a lot of players to be back this weekend including the internationals.
After Kolbe I bet Ulster cant wait to see Johnny May.....

Obviously losing Coetzee would be a massive blow but Carter has also shown his worth over a number of weeks now, including on friday night. He has been key to the lineout success and has been increasingly prominent in the loose.

May didn’t bother us too much for the Tigers last time out.

Seems as though the Cherry and Whites are going to sign Adam Hastings, perhaps explaining why Warriors are supposedly trying to recruit Ben Healy.

There should be enough options In The front row, only McG is unavailable - Milo can cover LH. TOT hopefully should cover TH with Moore, hooker takes care of itself.

The 2nd row is a disaster between IH Carter & Treadwell. It’s either a pup, or maybe Jones to back up the O’Connors.....the whole set piece is now under massive pressure & likely lacking 2st in pack weight come scrum time.

I’d start Moore a 2nd playmaker is needed to take pressure off 10, if we are trying to play with crap ball due to the above.

Apologies, on a tangent from the thread. That's a disaster from the leagues point of view if it does happen. I thought the SRU had their finances in order again. They need to be doing more to keep their top internationals at home.

And Duhan VDM has been offered 300 grand a year to join Worcester.

If Coetzee is not available we could if we have a spare sizeable Mobile prop, opt for the "old school " ploy, of playing a prop at 8 to bulk to base of the set piece.( it works for Saracens ) if it fails then opt for the change in the bench instead of a back row and a second row have two back row forwards.
Within this carapace of skepticism there lives an optimist

You can't simply let these brilliant ideas go to waste on here.

Anyone know the story, or at least the gossip, behind Cipriani's swift exit?

The difference being Hastings has signed for next season, Cipriani is gone now.

Nothing sinister apparently. Not playing, he is 33. Wanted new challenge, may get picked up as he is now a free agent.

Didn't feature in last 2 match day 23s in Premiership before Europe.
