So we get to play ospreys, Glasgow and leinster without their core 6 nations players. We might have a chance yet.

Don't hold your breath. My sauce tells me that Merv is right.

Well, she didn't actually say, 'Merv is right.' More along the lines of, 'Don't think things will ease up soon. It's a lot easier to keep things tied down, rather to loosen up then tighten down again.'

but of course.

To expect anything less would be, imho, extremely naive.

There is a difference though between hope and expectation.

And for the record, my hope was that the situation merited a relaxation, not that there would be a relaxation just because we want to see more live sport
