Dragons v Ulster Sat 13th March 7:35pm KO

Post by Jackie Brown »

Right, I need picked up. Let's play some of the academy guys.

Izzy, McCabe, Lowry at 10, Moore at 12, Lyttle, Baloucoune, Gilroy FB?

Use these last 2 league games to develop and expose some of the talent we have trying to break through.

I haven't moved on.

Quite right, Jackie, moving on is not the Ulster way!

Mixed feelings about Stockdale 'moving on.' If he gets a game at the weekend, well and good. If he's just holding a tackle bag, I'd prefer that he was heading to dragonland with the rest of the lads. But you're right, give the youngsters a run out in these dead rubbers.

as experimental as possible without falling into an embarrassing hoking would be lovely. a fine balance but I'm sure Dan will be looking in the same direction.

Yes damn autocorrect.

TOT, Stockdale and McCloskey all to be released hopefully. Ireland have no need for Stockdale now they've got a NZer

I think McCloskey needs a rest. He has had a disappointing season and Moore deserves a bit of gametime.

Ireland don't make mistakes anymore.

In all seriousness, if Stockdale had played like the NZer he would have been torn apart by the Southern media.

I can see 3 voluntary bloodings, max.

Of course the rubber is not quite dead, it could bounce back.
Can I come out from behind the sofa yet?

Just to appease him incase he should start a separatist movement demanding purebloods only.

I've always assumed if the Rainbow Cup is cancelled the league will revert to the playoffs.
