I'm apprehensive about tomorrow.
Get a grip man.
I suggest a large dose of tighten-up syrup.
When you boil it down (not the syrup), it's just a wee competition to determine which is the 17th best team in Europe. Does that help?
No.
Explain your logic.
If you mean those outside the remnants of the Champions Cup, Shirley you mean 9th best team?
Even that is flawed, unless you think the likes of Embra and scarlets who survived in that competition by dint of an unfinished and therefore flawed last eight qualifying process, are better than Ulster?
I'm not arguing -
I'm just explaining why I'm right

16 teams progressed further than Ulster in the Premier comp, so that is the logic, though obviously somewhat flawed, due to the reasons you stated.

My read on Henderson would be that he may have received a Lions call and thus avoiding an early return to the fray .
If we get past the (s)aints he may return.
A six day turn around away from home is not the best way to go into a game: but to some extent last week was a nearly a pre-season run rather than a game so the same squad minus one may be a wise decision .
Within this carapace of skepticism there lives an optimist

Lets you know you're still alive and give a toss Jackie.
It's the first time in a long time I've got up in the morning and the first thing into my head was "game day".

My mistake - I have obviously switched off somewhere and missed something. I could have sworn the premier comp went straight to quarter finals after the group stages and the next placed teams dropped into the bic biro equivalent with 16 teams remaining.
Clearly I was wrong - both comps went to last 16.

First time in a year I've got up and thought, "BIRTHDAY"
At my age though, I'm not too sure whether to be excited (NO!) or to just ignore it (as much as Mrs Grumpy will allow).
Last time we played Saints in a qf was also my birthday weekend with the Saturday at Milton Keynes and the Sunday at Old Trafford.
Won one lost one. Rory blowing the Masters brought the balance sheet down in the red.

It's always gratifying to know that you have extended your albeit slender lead in the race to state pension age.
Have a good one pal.
Happy birthday Grumps. Yes. The race to pension age. I hhad to inform an old school friend that she would be retiring at 67 and not 66 as she believed. She hadn't been keeping up with the govt's moving of the goalposts
