Had better get that hotel cancelled.

Think we’ll still have a few beers in Athlone the night before though!

A shame I'm at a wedding in England on 23rd, would have been a very nice day out.

Would have been a better day out in Galway but I was half expecting not to be able to get a ticket for the fixture at all.

Enjoy the wedding - hope it’s somewhere you can get a decent pint (ie north of about Leicester or thereabouts).

Don’t forget about the Ulster Rugby Show on BBC2 tonight at 10.

Sounds like Hendy channels his inner SOB regarding the Lions…..

Zebra getting thrashed by the Lions 0 35 at h/t.
From the rolling glens of Antrim through the hills of Donegal we will stand and shout for Ulster as we win both scrum and maul from the lovely lakes of Fermanagh tae the shores of ould Lough Gall we will scream and shout for Ulster as we beat them one and all!

Woken up in the second half, now 26 38 with ten minutes to go. Mediaset which is an Italian channel has two language options and since I do not speak Italian I chose second language. No commentary, just the crowd, atmosphere and referee who has a distinctive Ulster twang. Bliss.

Well now, Benetton beat the Stormers!
I watched most of the second half; Benetton were pretty decent but the Stormers looked absolutely toothless.
