Both Craig Gilroy (great toe) and Luke Marshall (concussion) will miss the game with the winger out for 1-2 weeks and the centre currently undergoing the standard return to play protocols.

Kyle McCall (side abdominal injury) is also doubtful for the trip to Glasgow, while winger Jacob Stockdale (great toe) will miss the next two weeks of action following an injury against Treviso.

However there is better news at scrum half for Paul Marshall and Dave Shanahan, who are both back and available for selection.

There were also updates on some longer term injuries, including Andrew Trimble (foot) whose return from international duty has been pushed back a week due to injury.

Jonny Simpson (ankle) is still 2-3 weeks away from a return to action while Chris Henry (shoulder) and Wiehahn Herbst (groin) are 6 weeks from being available for selection.

Ricky Lutton and Johnny Murphy (both groin) are also looking at a return in 2-3 weeks while longer term absentees Dan Tuohy (ankle) and Tommy Bowe (knee) are hopeful of being back soon.

There is still no return date set yet for Peter Nelson (foot), but flanker Marcell Coetzee (knee) is still on track to make his Ulster debut in January 2017 after surgery.[/tag]
