I'm absolutely stumped- I was torn between giving my final vote to either Chris Henry or Stefan Terblanche

Obviously Ferris and Best have been exceptional, but the bulk of their best stuff has been played in green and in the Heineken Cup. For sheer impact across the whole season it's very hard to pick out anyone this year. Lot of candidates.

No RP is crazy, but anyway Big John gets my vote. Maybe not as good as BJ in the scrum but a he can still certainly scrummage and does twice the work around the park that BJ did/does. He will be missed an awful lot when he leaves/is forced out.
Chris Henry is superhuman... I think he's half cyborg

My top 3 would be Wannenburg, Henry and Ferris, with Afoa and Best coming in 4th place.

Henry for me would win it, but he's not nominated, sooooo,

Wannenburg should get it, he's been our most consistant players throughout the WHOLE season (and not just after November like some of the other players) and it'll be nice for the fans to show their appreciation.

With some of those nominations I wouldn't be surprised if small paul gets it, a player who was in horrible form during the RWC and only really regained it once St Ruan came back.

Ferris, has to be the one. He is the difference everytime he plays. Won the quarter final for us.
Many others deserve a mention, P3, Henry, Ruan to name a few.

Believe it or not this is not an attempt to stir BUT is it also democracy to ensure as few people vote as possible? I am a member but when following the link I can find no reference anywhere about how or where to cast an online vote. Lets be honest, if one so wonderful as I struggle to find the secret of casting a vote, what chance has your average numpty ............... or am I just blind?

Shamefully anti-democracy, I may have to reconsider my support.

Not a member but I'd vote for Chris Henry...oh no wait...

Actually it goes to show that we've had a lot of big performers this season, of those actually nominated I'd probably go for Wannenberg if I could vote but in saying that Afoa and Ferris would push him close, but P3 has played all season while the others were at the WC and missed the start. Tough call but P3 for me.

Folks

My humblest apologies - in particular to BR, as I missed his nomination for Stefan Terblanche among those made by members to URSC. Stefan's name has been added to the list of nominees and in due course you will be able to vote for him on ursc.co (or at the tent tomorrow night).

Again, apologies to everyone, mea culpa

......I can be voted off the Committee at the URSC AGM on 6 June.
