Clermont Vs Ulster 10/11 Jan

Post by UlsterNo9 »

Has anyone looked at the permutations for this one yet?
What route have you booked?
Odds of Clermont playing at home on a Friday night do not seem likely!

Am waiting until it’s confirmed.

A wise man told me in Bath that Saturday tea-time is as likely as anything.

Took the Eurostar and changed at Paris last time.

Was thinking. fly to Paris then train down. Lyon is dead expensive atm.

Train from Paris to Clermont takes 4 hours. Grand journey. The issue with this game is that French tv is working out whether to put ourselves or R92 v Munster in the Sunday afternoon slot. The other slot is probably the Saturday teatime slot.

Flying Dublin to Lyon. Although I see that route has got a tad pricey.

The Cave restaurant has closed sadly.

Steak and cheesy spuds all round. Delicious.

Took us a bottle of some fancy wine before we noticed that the house red was actually the nectar of the Gods....

Hmmm. That is tempting.

I should probably only take the one day off as I shall be in my last three months of gainful (self) employment!
