Sorry Rooster, we're all sworn to secrecy - now all expert in Ulster's defensive calls.

But ok, just between the two of us, it's all about turfin' and wedgin' and getting your legover :shock:

About 30 turned up and the 3 guys Kelly, Fitzy and KC were excellent.

Ok so Fitzy turfs them out then Kaz runs up gives them a wedgie :D who does the legover bit :shock:

It probably was all a load of total bellicks he told you last night :lol: hoping for a report to go on the message board and the Cardiff team read it and in so doing totally confuse them :?
Can you picture Quinnell's face when Fitzy turfs him then Kaz wedgies him :D he'll be running the other way before he finds out who's coming for the legover :shock:
