If memory serves me WAs gripe was the lack of leadership on the pitch and the lack of someone to take on the role and there really doesn't appear to me someone other than Simon and it is role which I think he finds not easy to fulfil to extent he would like to ; not that he is inhibited by anyone, it just that he is to busy playing his part to see the needs of the task as they occur.

But Gary have you not heard of the IRFU policy that all coaching staff in the provincial setups should be homegrown ....... unless of course you are from Munster or Leinster.

I have to laugh, every good foreign player we get is declared the man to be our next coach. Matt is making his way as a coach and will probably be a good one, but Justin give him a chance to finish his playing career first.
