Heard first hand that some of the players feel Williams isn't picking the team himself and is being dictated to by Reid and others. Teams being named on thursdays instead of tuesdays are leaving players in the dark and not sure who is starting until 1/2 days before a game. And we wonder why they've been playing so atrociously!
