English Heineken teams
I agree Jackie, I thought the people over there were lovely. In fact the first time we were over a couple we got talking to at the game came down the town for a pint with us later.Jackie Brown wrote:Ahhh their fans are alright!Russ wrote:From their chairman to their academy, not a likeable thing about themWee Woman wrote:Sc*m?? Second time around last year that wee Working Men's club next door nearly finished me lol.
As away trips go, I have to say if I had the choice between Northampton & Leicester, I would go with Northampton every time.

Munster in last 8 after good performance to knock Gloucester out of the Heineken Cup. Only English qualifiers so far are Leicester in 7th and Saracens in 8th.
Oh yes-and no Welsh.

Re: English Heineken teams
I didn't watch it - much as I wanted Exeter to win it for Whitten, I'd rather gouge my eyes out than watch two Engerlish teams slug it out.breakdown wrote:Delighted for Whitten
Have now just looked at BBC match report and according to that, Ian wasn't playing. Steenson was on the bench, though.
I'm not arguing -

Was Whitten injured?
He seems to be doing fantastic for Exeter and the fans love him.

NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Re: English Heineken teams
As far as English supporters are concerned that is termed rested, playing an International match is also rested.fuzzylogic wrote:It'll be a long rest for Whitten, what with him being out injured ... d'uh!by Carr07 » Sun Mar 16, 2014 11:06 pm
