League and cup double for the lads of Banbridge u19. Won at Ravenhill today against a very spirited Ballynahinch team. Well done guys and coaches

Re: Congratulations to Banbridge U19s
TBH I don't think anyone is knocking on the door of the academy. Saying that the potential is there with a few-certainly at AIL level. The Banbridge front row and props in particular were dominant. Other than that Ben Cross was the pick for me in the backs. Sorry don't know the names of all the guys. Banbridge only woke up after they were two tries down but came back and were fairly dominant from the end of the first half. Fair play to the Hinch as they definitely looked the hungrier for a fair amount of the game.

From what I remember of seeing them a while ago there's no real stars, they're big physical lads who seem well coached and a good bit of streetwiseness about them.

If I remember rightly I coached a lot of them when they were 12. Should be a lot of pace in their backline tootherealspratt wrote:From what I remember of seeing them a while ago there's no real stars, they're big physical lads who seem well coached and a good bit of streetwiseness about them.
