Moore is on a bit of a crusade about the whole PRL salary cap debacle.
It was Bath and Saracens who exceeded the cap but no one will say this publicly. A number of clubs have already made announcements that they weren't the ones who were investigated.
There is probably an opportunity for some wag to have a banner with something witty about Saracens for the non-the-Heineken games...
