Feisty affair in limerick. Sexton showing what a petulant child he can be. Furlong should have seen red and lowe just might as I type.

Reckless shoulder entry into the ruck

Lowe again a victim of a jumper over a shoulder with both feet on the ground

Leinster tactic was to turn the match into a fight. Wrong fecking place to try that as they quickly found out. Munster dealt mostly well with all the ballix from them and got a good win.

It was the wrong decision to appoint Murphy as referee. He was in a no win situation.
Thought Munster targeted Sexton. The late hit by Wycherley in the opening minutes was cynical and set the tone of the game.

The only Pro 14 IRFU ref who is not Munster/Leinster branch is David Wilkinson. Is he still getting games? Otherwise a non-Irish ref may have been a better appointment. Leinster basically tried to pick a fight in the 1st half rather than play rugby.

The Lowe red card was an easy one for the ref as the lad came down on his head. Furlong may get cited for his clearout.

A lot of high tackles in 1st half, in hindsight an early yellow card would have stopped them.

The bluenoses are the worst fans. They are all over social media complaining about Lowe's red card.

Sure, last week on twitter Welsh fans were creating a conspiracy that the IRFU decided who won the inter pros to benefit Irish sides. This week Glasgow fans were claiming similar as Munster beat Leinster........ImageImageImage

The fact is that this was a match that Munster had to win.
They have become sick of losing to Leinster. The win was vital for their self respect. It's good for the tournament as well.
The result is a bit meaningless as we are so far ahead in our Conference that we don't need to win these arm wrestles to get a home semi.
What every Leinster fan is focussed on is beating Toulouse on Saturday week. That's the top priority.

Expect to see our seconds playing you next weekend. :D

I think we will end the season with only one inter-pro win. Although some on here might call that an FIRFUC conspiracy of a different variety.
