Re: PADDY JACKSON
Never found out why he was forced out. Something about text messages he didn't send?
I have my own tv channel, what have you got?
Re: PADDY JACKSON
Of course the lack of text messages to Rory Harrison points to the fact that neither Paddy or Stuart were aware she left the house in tears .
But then the police like her friends “ assumed she was telling the truth .
Despite the fact Dara---- saw - closed the door and walked away leaving her friend to sleep over .
Logan was aware of that before the trial I’m sure

Re: PADDY JACKSON
For the record, I despise the IRFU.
Re: PADDY JACKSON
He’s playing great rugby at the minute but that’s probably a bit of a stretch Dave. Another great result from paddy and LI, but his kicking from the tee wasn’t great yesterday again unfortunately but the rest was crisp. Best Irish/Ulster OH without doubt.
Re: PADDY JACKSON
He has been kicking well thus far in the season. Some of his passing and line breaking was sublime. Haven't seen much better elsewhere.

Re: PADDY JACKSON
PJ should be on 50 caps, Ulster & Ire are suffering re this exile.
Re: PADDY JACKSON
Interesting to read Gerry Thornley in the Irish Times this weekend (Sat 6th Feb). In an article headed 'Who will take Sexton's place" he divided it into 3 as follows:
1. An assessment of Sexton's record over the past 5 years: good bits e.g. 6N performances & wins etc, and bad bits: e.g. RWC QF loss, 2x losses v England etc. A brief run-through of BB, Jack Carty and Ross Byrne. None of them made the grade as anything more than a bench replacement (approx 25% of the article).
2. An extended verbatim report of the discussion after the LI v Newcastle match started by Craig Doyle with Ugo Monye and Lawrence Dallagio. No commentary or analysis from GT beyond the verbatim re-counting. Approx 35% of article
3. A run-through of the up and coming talent; Carbery, Harry Byrne, Ben Healy etc. Identifies that it's all driven by the IRFU need to do well in the 6N for, amongst other reasons, money. (The remaining 40% of the article.)
What's interesting about the article is not the assessment of the options, but that the whole PJ issue is raised in the main sport pages of the IT by its premier rugby journalist. (Who I might add is never exactly lavish with his praise of UIster.) One can forgive his somewhat pusillanimous method of raising the issue, although I'll bet he had to do a lot of negotiation with his editor/sub-editor about the whole article anyway. Is it some kite-flying or just preparing the ground for Farrell to keep picking Sexton ?
[Note: if someone has the IT subscription, then perhaps they might cut and paste the whole article ?]

Re: PADDY JACKSON
They have option but to stick with Sexton. Complete absence of quality on the island.
Hoist with their own petard and slap it up them.

Re: PADDY JACKSON
Sexton needs to retire. He is increasing his risk for longterm neurological issues and early onset dementia massively by continuing to minimize concussive injury.
