That was my take on it as well but then Hayes was allowed to stay on past the 70 minute mark.Surely Buckley should have been sent on 50-55 minutes in.ColinM wrote:My take on the Court/Buckley matter is that Buckley is seen as Bull's replacement (according to Les Kiss), but Court is the backup to either side of the scrum. Buckley is there for gametime as Healy is expected to last 80 mins so Court is less favoured being slightly stronger on the left

It is a man's own mind, not his enemy or foe, that lures him to evil ways.
Re: Ireland v Scotland
Maybe they've decided Buckley is the man, and the summer is the time. Getting vfm out of the bull in the interim

Re: Ireland v Scotland
My take on Hayes is coming into the 6Ns approaching 100 caps and being still good fro 60 -70 mins worthy of them
give him a 6Ns---- and then seriously look for a replacement over the summer tour
but I really can't see him there next year
Buckley can play 20 - 30 mins and then he starts to lose interest ie he makes a good replacement off the bench but I would have serious doubts starting him to play 80
