From the rolling glens of Antrim through the hills of Donegal we will stand and shout for Ulster as we win both scrum and maul from the lovely lakes of Fermanagh tae the shores of ould Lough Gall we will scream and shout for Ulster as we beat them one and all!

Peace may have broken out. , but fans on the various websites in Wales not entirely happy. wRU seem to have got mostly what they wanted with the Regions seemingly caving in.

It will be a miracle if they can agree for the next 6 weeks never mind the next 6 years.

Anything that makes the Welsh teams stronger can only be good for the league. As much as it's great to bowl the Welsh, Scottish and Italians over (Glasgow pardoned) every other week I don't really see it sustainable.
