Have to say i fhtis is true, we could do well and maybe get out of the pool stages for a change, plus a trip to italy and france would be a good weekend out... bookong my flights already.Lifted this from the Munsterfans website, if it's correct it makes for a very interesting pool for Ulster, and personally i would be pretty happy. Anyway we'll find out on Tuesday.
So much for an Open draw just received this from a reliable source, it has already been pre-determined.
Heineken Cup Pools & Fixtures For 2005/2006
The eleventh season of the Heineken Cup will kick-off in October
POOL 1: Biarritz Olympique, Leeds Tykes, Leinster, Cardiff Blues.
POOL 2: London Wasps, Perpignan, Llanelli Scarlets, Edinburgh Rugby.
POOL 3: Munster, Stade Francais Paris, Sale Sharks, Newport Gwent Dragons.
POOL 4: Ospreys, Toulouse, Leicester Tigers, Clermont Auvergne.
POOL 5: Glasgow Rugby, Bourgoin, Bath Rugby, Benetton Treviso.
POOL 6: Calvisano, Castres Olympique, Saracens, Ulster.
We could have drawn Toulouse, so I am happy with SF, Sharks and Dragons make for an ideal pool. Will make the QF's.
Ladyboys have to go to the Basque country apart from that does not seem not too bad
Wasps pool between them and Perpignan
Chav's and Ickles's team will struggle in pool 4. (Pool of death)
Last 2 look weak, as we knew they would be with Scots and Itai seeds

If that is true I would definitly fancy our chances home and away against the Italians and also Sarries, although Ford will have their defence superb and they do have some impressive players. I would fancy ourselves against Castres as well, I would be looking for at least five wins, three home and two away.
It would certainly make a refreshing change to avoid the group of death.
Our home form in the HEC was the most positive thing about last season but I would take some convincing that we can win away at Saracens given the away form we showed last time out. The outcome of the CL debacle will also be critical to our chances.
I think the Munster correspondent is being a bit over-optimistic about their prospects.
