I would add O'Halloran to that list. He is currently the best actual fullback in Ireland since neither Henshaw or Payne is playing in that position. Good attacker/defender, plenty of gas and a nose for the line.Russ wrote:Rumrumncoke wrote:Russ
Do you honestly think Zebo is a better full back than Kearney was (last year ) and even this year ?
Kearney at least knows where to position himself and would have nearly taken the head off the Italian wings as they scored.
Both are utter dung
Bobbo hasn't cut a line since 2009, hasn't made a last ditch tackle since 2012 and has been out of position since 2013
Zebo is a showpony and a windmill all at the same time
There are 2 fullbacks in Ireland right now
1. Henshaw
2. Payne
For some reason General Custer has decided to play them in the centre

It is pathetic. Italy seem totally deflated once the points rack up for the opposition.Snipe Watson wrote:What is the point of the TMO system if he can't intervene in a clear situation of a missed offside in the build up to a score. Italy shafted again.
I have my own tv channel, what have you got?

I expect Ireland to gub Scotland by a couple of scores ...............won't give much of a toss if they don't mind you.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.
Re: Six Nations Final Week
You have to feel for Italy. They are splattered with injuries and are down to second/third choices in many positions with no strength in depth. They still gave it a lash in the second half and managed a couple of tries. But that ws basically a training romp for Wales, as it was for Ireland last week. Difficult to judge both Ireland and Wales from these matches.Jackie Brown wrote:Italy are a joke, but we're still brill

Here boys, all you experts, where is this Scottish team you were slabbering about? One lynchpin walkabout excepted Scotland are rubbish. Easy as pie this, must have about 80% possession.
