Antony Eddy, Nuciforas Hench man along with Tom Tierney are solely to blame for this disaster . Poor Coaching, Poor Selection, millions wasted to have this team the best prepared team ever, players obviously obese, but the spin put on that they are fitter than ever was obviously pile of shiite. ten players were still playing from the last successful world cup but they have gone backwards . One has to feel that this show was only put on to try and get the 2023 WC, if that is the case it has failed miserably. Crowds did not turn up for the semi and I feel the final will be as poorly attended, Queens was empty ( i was there).
The coach had the brass neck to say, its not the first Irish team to have a bad world cup, i thought that was poor, but then he has now been involved in two disastrous world Cups, maybe thats why he got the job, if anyone knows failure its Tom, he know can add WRWC17 to his list off disasters.

Women's Rugby has lots to offer clubs especially with the dwindling numbers by males . However I think that this world cup has undone a lot of good work carried out in the past.

I read today in the Times there will be a review, i am assuming that will be simalar to the last review they had, it never happened.

I feel sorry for the women who pull on the shirt, they have been let down by the male overlords of the game.

I agree with you LadyP, standards with the previous coach were far higher, the skill levels were superb and they actually were more fluid in moves than the men's side, watched a couple of the matches this time and it is a shadow of the former team who won the 6 Nations

As one who hopes the men's team faces disaster after disaster until the current regime is run out of the country it seems they should take the clampits in charge of the weemin's disaster with them.

Fu'ck the FIRFU.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Baggytrousers, Darling, there is a link that makes both teams poor, the link is Nucifora , even poor Joe is answerable to him , until the Blazers in Dublin see that he is ruining the game is will keep spiralling downwards, why Ireland see two failed arrogant Australian as the great revievers of Irish rugby I don't know. They appear to be totally unaccountable do as the please. even family member get the free trips normally associated with Blazers only.

Hopefully when the WC goes elsewhere, the Bellends will be sent on their way. I truly hope the Autumn fixtures and the six nations are a complete disaster for Ireland. Wooden spoon would entertain me greatly though no doubt I'm in the minority on here.
NUCIFORA IS A BELLEND
