but on reading more info it appears to be just a semi final Eurovision - about as riveting as the rather meaningless rugby game in Limerick.

Liverpool European glory beckons again tonight (19.2.2015) as they take on the Turkish side Besiktas - currently top of Turkish League as far as I can see. Kick off 8.05pm (UK/IRE time) and it's live on UTV. And good luck from all here to Celtic too who take on European minnows Inter Milan.

Well it was a win for Liverpool last week and its the return leg tonight - well in just over 5 hours. More European glory beckons we trust. Kick off in Istanbul is 6pm UK/IRE time and its all live on ITV4. Can you wait? And of course good luck also to Celtic who had an incredible 3-3 draw at home last week.

Everton won so not all bad news for the city of Liverpool.
