Is the right had flange bracket 345211-A?

No traditionally in numbering parts with left and right versions it would be 345210-B the B probably stands for the colour, finish or grade of material it's made from.

That would have been true about 13 years ago, but would be over a billion short now. Texas at that allotment size would house approx 5.99Bn, but the world population passed 6Bn in 1999. Besides the population of the world is not entirely made up of families of 4 - especially not the Chinese.
