Incredible that the guy at the other end had 500+. Phenomenal longevity and durability for pace bowlers.
Of course, this can be explained in part by the fact that these boys play very little non international cricket.
Anderson and Broad have taken totals of 975 and 808 first class wickets respectively.
By comparison, Trueman and Statham took 2304 and 2260!

Seeing as Barbados are about to cast off the colonial shackles you might care to take a glance at Everton Weekes' all-time Barbadian XI. Quite staggering in it's quality for an island populated by a quarter of a million! Fantastic batting and one of the scariest pace attacks you'll ever see. The all-rounder is also pretty handy.
1 Gordon Greenidge (batting avge 44.72)
2 Desmond Haynes (42.29)
3 Clyde Walcott (wk) (56.68)
4 Frank Worrell (capt) (49.48)
5 Everton Weekes (58.61)
6 Garry Sobers (57.78)
7 Seymour Nurse (47.60)
8 Malcolm Marshall (bowling avge 20.94)
9 Joel Garner (20.97)
10 Wes Hall (26.38)
11 Charlie Griffith (28.54)

I'm only a second rate cricket fan but that line-up strikes a real chord with even me. Hall and Griffith were an unforgettable part of my childhood.
In terms of population, Barbados falls far behind Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana and the Combined Islands but none of them can produce a lineup anywhere close.

Seymour Nurse has recently surrendered a world record to Zak Crawley. What was it?

I know this one. Heard the stats nerd on TMS discussing it!
