A bad weekend of watching: The match on Premier, dodgy signal, missed the last ten minutes. Anyone else got problems with Premier reception?

The Comey Rule. Started well enough but became a plastic presentation. I'm no Trump fan, not at all, but he was a cartoon figure and Comey a plastic saint.

The Baker. I like Damian Lewis but this was simply terrible.

Maybe next weekend will be better.

:banghead: confined to my bed on Saturday and was looking forward to an enforced day of sport watching. T20 Denis and finals, and Premier sports rugby via Sky and sky mini box. Cricket washed out, and only now realising that premier sports subscription only covers 1 television ie the one in the living room! 2nd tv can't even watch premier sports channels previously recorded.
Grrrrrrrr!

The cricket was a bit of a damp squib on the Sunday.

The 8th appearance for Lancs at Finals Day and only one trophy to show for it.

Just watched the first episode of Danish drama DNA from BBC4 on Saturday night.

Why on earth didn’t he leave the kid with the big lad’s wife?

Have watched five seasons of Bosch now. Classy stuff.

Enjoyed Tricked-Out Tractors this week.

They talked about “injuns” so much I was expecting General Custer to make an appearance.

The wife kept repeating “If she’s red put her back in the shed”.

I didn’t know what the hell she was on about.

DNA isn’t bad at all.

Charlotte Rampling has just turned up playing a French detective. The retirement age in France must be even older than it is here.

‘Fear by the Lake’ has dropped on All 4.

I’m halfway through.

Don’t expect any light relief because this time Annecy has been struck by a deadly virus that starts with a nasty cough.

I've just finished watching The Method on Netflix. A very dark Russian detective series. I thoroughly enjoyed that.

Method is 👍, S2 being shown in Mother Russia. Just finished Deadwind 🇫🇮, excellent show.

Valhalla Murders which started on BBC 4 last week has potential 🇮🇸
