Find that hard to believe Mike! Surely the Armagh scarfs were cheaper.

Cork v Tipp tomorrow and hoping for a battle royal on the field. There's no love lost between these two.

Anyway no matter how passionate players and supporters are tomorrow it won't come anywhere near to the 1950 Munster Final. Now those were the days. :D

Quality tale, GAA, Patrick at his feckin' sporting finest.

Poor ould goalie, clodded with bottles stones and lumps of earth freshly plucked from the pitch.

The game did not live up to expectations as Tipp ran out easy 10 point winners, 2-18 to 1-11.

Cork were pretty poor making lots of errors and Tipp dominated the game for large periods. You could argue that Tipp should have won by more but they won't worry about right now as they are safely through to the final where they will meet Kilkenny.

Well done to Tipp and hopefully they can go on and win the final now.

Yeah wasn't a great game.
Unaccountably I have a good feeling about the final.

I see some rumblings of discontent about Limerick on Orish Thymes

Ok so it's only the semi-final (Dublin stars v Donegal 3.30pm Sunday 31st August 2014) but I'll get me gardening done Sunday morning and then head over to a pub on the Ormeau Road - not sure where meeting up yet - and give me Donegal scarf it's first outing. Will we bump into anyone from here? Discuss.

Donegal me ballix. Mon The Dubs and show 'em how its done.

The semi final replay Mayo v Kerry is on in Limerick tomorrow 5pm. Fecking city will be full of muck savages. Hope they remember to wipe their feet before entering. Mayo whinging away all week about the match being on in Limerick. Most of that probably relating to the fact we don't have goats wandering freely about the city and they're terrified about a bit of civilised culture. Still hope they win though. :D

Sunday viewing - Was thinking Errigle Inn or Pavilion but wee Eoin saying Hatfield House.
Probably best leaving bike at UTV and walking?
Discuss.

That's ok then since the person is not right minded

Your concerns for my safety folks were unwarranted as we ended up watching the game in Helens Bay. And good game it was too. Donegal won.

For the record it was Dublin 0-17 (=17) Donegal 3-14 (= 23)
and the Final is on Sunday 21st September 2014 at 3.30pm between Kerry and Donegal.
