DIRTYBASTARD IN BANGOR AREA
A fellow called at my door this afternoon, seemed pleasant enough, offering to cleaning my driveway, guttering and indeed the entire house if I would pay him. We never got round to pricing as I am still able bodied enough to do these things when the spirit eventually moves me.
On parting I gave him back his card, though he wanted me to keep it. "I'll just bin it" says I so reluctantly he took it from me.
10 minutes later I discovered the minging gypsybastard had simply thrown it under my car, so I assume that is a fair reflection of his standards.
So if you are approached by a stout gossoon in a black van, with an accent from somewhere in the Limerick direction - not Shan, I know him - whose business card reads "home specialist cleaning solutions" I'd advise you to tell him to pack up & ship out.

NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Feck sake Baggy, ya haven't much to be troubling you. Guy who has had to listen to an auld feckárse mithering about a feckin card drops the damn thing on yer drive. Lucky he sounds like a reasonable chap or you could have got it, or more, in yer puss. Gwan away and lie down.

You may think His Grace and I have little in common but I think I can state with some confidence that he would not have potential hired help littering his domain and indeed I'd be surprised if he wouldn't have summoned the constabulary.Shan wrote:Feck sake Baggy, ya haven't much to be troubling you. As indeed I did this morning. I told them that the gypobastard looked to be scouting the place out looking for a few pensioners be could bully to the cashpoint and that being a traaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaavlor from Limerick there was every chance he'd knife someone, the feckless, workshy, dodgy bad-mannered feckin' mick.
I also told my friendly PSNI officer that the tramp's business card, like all scammers, had no address, no website, just a mobile phone & a email. I suggested that an eye was kept for a fancy black van that doesn't look as if any work has been performed from it.
Trampbastard.

The rantings of a man losing his grip on the edge.

Meet them at the door with the shotgun, that scares the bejesus out of them

Gerraway up de yard, you know every word rings true, can't be too careful around traaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaavlers, forget the knife, they usually have a meat hook about their corpulent workshy arsepieces.Shan wrote:BaggyTrousers wrote: As indeed I did this morning. And I'll have ye know my good young gossoon, I don't like heights and never stray too close to the edge.
